Education- Constitutional provision in india


In the Constitution of India, the State Policy Director is vigilant for the purpose of commitment for the upliftment of children in Article 21A, 24 and 29.

Article 21A 

The right to education will provide free and compulsory education to the children of the age group 6 to 14 years. 

Article 24:

Restrictions on giving employment to 24 children in factories etc. Any child under the age of fourteen years should not be employed in any factory or mine or any other risky work.

Article -39 

State should, in particular, create policies that can be secured - the health and strength of the employees, the men and women and children of low age should not be exploited and financial needs should be given to any citizen to adversely affect their age or Can not be sent in

National Child Policy 1974

National Child Policy 1974 was established with the conviction that child development program is essential for ensuring equal opportunities for children. It provides the framework for coordinating the basis of the various needs of the children on a priority basis. Other policies, programs and plans for child development have been composed, keeping in view the objectives of this national policy.
